"I'm here to see Matsumoto san, please let me in," Ohno was surprised to hear his own calm tone. He stood in front of Jun's house early that morning. He saw Jun got into a car with two big guys guarding him. Today was his last fashion show with Rakuen; at least that was what Aiba told them. He didn't know how his boss could force Jun's father to obey the terms in his contract while the old man had managed to dodge the other contracts.

"I'm sorry sir, but master is not home," the guard told him coldly. Ohno might be believed it if he wasn't standing on his spot since dawn. He knew the man he was looking for didn’t go anywhere.

"Please tell him, Ohno Satoshi wants to see him," he lifted his head to look on a CCTV camera above him, knowing the man would probably check on it later on. Ohno returned his sight back to the security; he gave him a fierce gaze and moved his lips in hatred to walkie-talkie.

"Please come in sir," he mumbled reluctantly and opened the gate for Ohno.

"What do you want?" Matsumoto asked him coldly with plain face, as if he wasn’t talking to a human.
Ohno tried hard not to shiver; he felt the room’s temperature was somehow colder than the outside.

"I love your son for real, please allow me to marry him," the words came out just like that, giving no space for hesitation or embarrassment.
Matsumoto looked at him sharply and laughed.
"Have you looked on yourself in the mirror? You're not even close to be his driver. Yet, you ask to marry him? You must be crazy young man," the guy snickered once his laughter subdued. Ohno stood still in front of him the whole time. He had expected the answer but it didn't lessen the hurt hearing it spoken out, however it was too late for him to give up.

"I will do anything within my power to make him happy. I need your blessing and I know it will make him the happiest," Ohno continued.

"What do you know about his happiness? You know nothing. Jun is used to be pampered, having whatever he wants and the entire best brand was prepared for him since he was born. Do you think you could provide him that? No kidding!" the man smirked again."Jun will realize his mistake soon, so I suggest you to go away from his life before he opens his eyes and see the reality that you are only a poor boy who can’t give him anything," the man continued his insult. Ohno stared blankly to the wall in front of him. His eyes returned to the man again when he heard rustle of drawer bring pulled up and Jun's father writing something that looked like cheque book.

"Here, it will be enough to fund your album. You'll be famous; you will see anyone you want, but not my son, please leave him for your own good," Matsumoto san finally stood up, shoving a piece of paper on Ohno's chest pocket.

Ohno stared back at the taller, getting confused by his words but he took the paper from his pocket to read it carefully. It was a cheque with huge amount of money, and it would be enough to fund their album, but it meant he couldn’t meet up with Jun anymore, forever.

Ohno tried to suppress his anger, never once he felt so humiliated, but that wasn't the reason he was angry. The cheque also meant how much the man valued his own son.

"What else are you waiting for?! Go now," he growled. Ohno tightened his fist, he brought the cheque closer to his eyes, looking at the numbers which seemed to mock him, showing how different he was with this family. With no word, Ohno tore the paper apart and threw it to the man's shocked face.

"I only want Jun to be happy; your blessing means a lot for us. But it seems that you only think about your pride. Like it or not, I will marry Jun, thank you for your time," Ohno turned away, didn’t even bow to the old man.

"You'll see that Jun will realize his mistake, I can’t wait for that day to come!" Matsumoto yelled at him, but Ohno didn’t care. He wouldn’t care even if Matsumoto would drop an atomic bomb in front  of his apartment.

Ohno hid behind a big pillar which kept him away from Jun's bodyguard’s sight. He knew Jun was inside; having his last catwalk. He tried to get into the backstage, but those big guys seemed to alert and remember his face, they would kick him away if he tried to get closer.

"You, owe me, a lot."
Ohno almost jumped when he heard someone hissed beside him. He laughed in relieve when he saw his duo partner dressed in a big T-shirt, skinny tight jeans and a pillow was tied around his stomach; but a glare from him made Ohno shut his mouth closed.
At the same time, the door opened and all of the guests flew out the door, from their talk, it was clear that they were impressed by the fashion show they just saw. The duo waited for a couple of minutes until the crowd subdued before walking into the venue. They saw Aiba stood beside a door which connected with the backstage, he signaled them to get closer.

Ohno's heart jumped to his throat when he saw Jun walked out behind the door that Aiba was guarding. He didn’t waste any more time, he ran to the man he loved so much and pulled him into his embrace. Jun had changed his clothes to his casual attire, but it didn’t reduce his charm. He couldn't help kissing his lips but they were abruptly separated by Nino.

"Save that for late! Go! now!" the smaller pushed them to the back door of the venue while he and Aiba walked to the opposite direction. Ohno still got a glimpse of his best friend playing sick in Aiba's hand, causing riot for the guards and diverted their attention from the task of waiting for Jun.

He didn't know how long they had been running, but Ohno knew their hands were lingered to each other, afraid to let go and be separated again. They didn't have any plans on where to go, so they just took random track and went as far as possible from Tokyo.
Their runaway had taken them to the beach of nowhere. They only knew it was beautiful and serene, or maybe it was the man beside him that made it serene, Ohno thought. He turned his head to Jun, remembering all the words that his father said to him.
"Jun, I know I'm not rich, not as good looking as Sakurai, I know I can't give you all of those branded stuff, but I promise I will do whatever in my power to make you the happiest," Ohno startled in his words, but he shook his head when he saw Jun was about to argue.

"Will you marry me Jun?" Ohno said as he looked deeply into Jun's eyes. His heart skipped a beat when he saw Jun smile widely and nodded. Ohno leaned closer and kissed the lovely man gratefully.

"Here."
Nino shoved a big luggage to him as the small man entered their rented room in that small town. It was three days later when he told Nino where he was. Nino wasn’t particularly angry, he was worried about both of them.

"I'm..." Ohno couldn't find the right word to express his feeling to his best friend. He should have said something like ‘Sorry for troubling you’ or ‘sorry for getting you into this mess’, but he couldn’t move his lips.

But he can't be sorry for falling in love with Jun.

"You two had really done it now," Nino said, taking a deep breath. His expression was usual, but Ohno saw a glimpse of trouble inside his eyes. It was clear that Nino tried to hide something from him, but knowing Nino since forever – Ohno knew his true feeling.

"What's going on Nino?" Ohno asked, sitting beside his friend, smiling a little as Jun put two cups of hot tea in front of them. They both stayed quiet, waiting for their guest to say something.

"Your father is one pathetic lunatic, you know J," Nino sighed deeply, sadly leaned his head to the wall behind him.
"Wha... What did he do? I’m sorry, it was all my fa…," Jun was about to continue his apology, but Ohno held his hand to prevent him from saying more. They doubted that any apologies would change what that old man had done.

"He, he sent bunch of big guys and made trouble in Rakuen, they destroyed the cafe. If I didn't call the police, they may had beat Masaki. They asked about your whereabouts and Masaki protected me. They punched him," Nino said with traumatic expression; it must be a terrible experience to witness something violence like that.

"I... I'm..." Jun started but he stopped as Nino glared at him.

"No! Don't apologize for what he had done. No one blames you. Even Masaki said nothing about it. He doesn’t blame you, Jun,” Nino’s jaw hardened as he spoke, a flick of anger could be seen. “Your Dad can do everything he wants, we’re not going to give up, aren’t we?” he said while looking straight into Ohno’s eyes.
Ohno nodded in silence. Jun didn’t say anything, he stared at the floor, thinking.

"Thank you Nino, we never know how to repay you both”,  Ohno said while giving his best friend a brief hug.
"We're so lucky to have big hearted friends like you two, and please thank Aiba san for giving me his clothes. I wasn’t prepared at all when we ran away,” Jun added.

"Sure, I’ll tell him. Don't worry. I just want to see his face when you send him your marriage certificate. Boy, he will be outrageous," Nino smirked. They would send it as soon as possible and see how the old man would react.

"Satoshi, please, I don't think we can afford this one, let’s look for another apartment, come on," Jun said, shaking his head as he saw the rent.

Both of them walked around in order to find a cheap apartment that they could afford with their limited budget. Soon after they registered their marriage certificate, they learnt that Jun's father had freeze all his bank account, including all the saving that man had earn from his modeling career. They tried to survive from Ohno's saving which made the other fretted endlessly but he never once blamed the artist for downgrading his life. He seemed to enjoy all the little things they both had done.

"This one seems nice, don't you think?" Jun words took him to present. He looked to the empty one bedroom apartment, it was smaller than the one he had shared with Nino. He looked at the dusty floor and the rusty door which made a weird sound whenever they moved that hinge. The bathroom door refused to be closed properly, remaining a gap, but Jun was right,  it was the only one acceptable that they could earn.

"You’re right, it’s nice, do you like it?” Ohno asked Jun who nodded. “Let’s meet the owner,” he continued.
"Yes, let's go, I can't wait to get the furniture in here," the taller circled his hand into his, and the smile he showed Ohno was so bright that it could warm the cold nights they would share together.

They bought furniture for the empty apartment; it was just only a few of what he had in apartment he had shared with Nino. They were still struggling getting his old bed get into the room when Aiba stopped by on the door watching them both with his usual shady eyes.

“Wow, this room seemed nice and warm isn’t? Perfect place to start the new life, right?” he chuckled, patting Ohno’s back slowly. Ohno was surprised to see him stood in their apartment; he had never thought of his boss would spare time to pay them a visit.

“Aiba-san, thank you for letting borrow your car, I can’t imagine how we could do the moving by train.” Ohno said, smiling. He could sense that there was something the other wanted to talk to him but he couldn’t put his expectation flew too high, beside, that tall man had done more than enough for the both of them.

“Don’t mention it, it’s my pleasure to see you two happy. Anything I can help?” Aiba looked around, folding his sleeves about his elbow, ready to help.

“No, we’re almost done Aiba san, please take a seat, I’ll get you some drink,” Jun led the man to their kotatsu they bought in flea market as most of their furniture come from.

“Thanks, Jun. I actually come here to ask you two to resume your contract with Rakuen Management. As far I remember, we never have actually ended our contract and you two are the only artist we had. You might have heard that the Management is currently under crisis, so I totally understand if you don’t want to do anything with lousy management like ours,” Aiba said his words groggily.

Ohno looked at him and then moved his gaze to Jun. Resuming his work meant they would need to go from their hiding, and that meant Jun’s father could do something to separate them; but on the other side, he knew Aiba was correct, they never once canceled their contract with Rakuen Management, and legally wise the taller had all right to sue them for not fulfilling their part. An act that Ohno knew exactly that man won’t even think about. His mind was clouded with doubt and fear, but then he managed to get a slight nod from Jun, he knew what he should do.

“We would love to get back to the job Aiba-san. Thank you very much for not even firing us. We ask for you favor from now on too,” Ohno sat straight on his knees and bowed.

***

“I’m home,” Ohno opened the door late at night. He had resumed his work, which required him to go on cafes tour. Rakuen Café was still under renovation for the last three months now, but Aiba somehow managed to get them a stage on another cafes.  Not only that, a friend of him, named Oguri, also provided bodyguard to protect him and Nino from any threatd. The same treatment extended to Jun also, who now actively walked on catwalk thanks to Toma’s busy bee.

“Welcome home,” the answer came from Jun.
Ohno didn’t expect he could get an answer as it was pass midnight and Jun had two fashion shows that day, he must be so to tired. He ran quickly to his beloved man on the kotatsu.

“You shouldn’t have waited for me, Jun. Go to sleep, you will get your neck hurt here,” Ohno stroked his back lovingly, put some pressure on his shoulder which he knew had stiffen do to all his modeling work also the chores they shared for the apartment. He kissed Jun’s eyelid, pulling his hand softly.

“Come, let’s get proper sleep,” Ohno tucked his husband under the blanket, seeing how beautiful the man had become despite all the hard work he had done after their marriage. Nino once teased that Jun had that honeymoon glow around him that made him look so pretty. Ohno might have a lot disagreement with Nino, but he couldn’t agree more. Jun was pretty and even getting prettier now.

He got himself under the blanket, making sure he didn’t wake the taller up. He knew he won’t be able to sleep tonight. Not after a big news that Aiba had informed him and Nino earlier. They finally had sponsor that would support them into the dome concert. They would have their first national concert in Tokyo Dome, just like what Jun had said months ago.

Ohno pulled his husband closer, couldn’t guess what would happen to him if he didn’t get the man in his arms. Jun was his muse, his eternal love and his happiness. Everything they did was happiness, even the failure in making breakfast.

He stroked Jun’s lashes, kissing the crown of his head, while retrieving two boxes underneath his pillow that he had prepared earlier. He looked at them, one was a key to their new apartment, the other was pairing rings he intent to give to Jun. They didn’t have enough money when they got married three months ago, and he couldn’t give even the cheapest ring to Jun, but now he looked at the gold band in his hand and smiled.

Aiba had helped him saving all his copyright money, while his salary went directly to his and Jun’s saving account. Now, he had enough to buy Jun what he wanted, he could always earn more just to make sure that his beloved man lived more comfortable. He closed his eyes, preparing to sleep, imagining how Jun would be surprised to see the gifts he had prepared. But then he might be the one who got surprised as Jun stirred in his sleep restlessly, waking up in hurry, leaving the bed, ignoring him who called out after his man. He ran after the taller who ran to their small bathroom.

“Jun, open up!” he banged the door loudly, completely noticing how their noise could get their neighbor pissed off since it was a thin wall they had, but he didn’t care. He kept banging on the door, expecting Jun was fine until the door was opened itself, maybe because its old hinge gave up from his banging. He ran and kneeled beside his husband who clutched the toilet bowl, flushing it furiously. Ohno could guess it was all the dinner Jun had earlier.

“Jun, what’s wrong? Should we go to the doctor?” Ohno stroked that broad back calmly, looking at Jun with worry.
“Let’s change your clothes, it’s all wet,” Ohno supported the other, feeling how the taller was actually lighter from when he had carried him a month ago. He couldn’t help the feeling of worries sneaked into his mind. There must be something wrong with his husband that he missed to see and his husband was too stubborn to tell him what was wrong.

Ohno was even get more panicked when he laid the unmoving Jun onto their bed, quickly stripped him from his clothes and helped him changing. That was when a small plastic pen like fell down from Jun’s pajama’s pocket. He pulled Jun into another fresh pajama before crouching down to take it, Jun’s eyes followed his every movement.

He moved closer to the lamp on Jun’s side table, looking closely at that long object in his hand. A bright red ‘+’ sign decorated its one side handle. He looked down to see at Jun who smiled brightly even though he was as pale as the wall. Ohno lost all of the words he wanted to say.

“You… this… you… positive, you… it… this… pregnant… you…,” Ohno couldn’t find a right word to say, but Jun understood it since he nodded and pulled his hand onto his flat stomach.

“Yes, Satoshi, I’m pregnant,” the smile that curved on Jun’s pretty face was the most beautiful one that Ohno had ever seen. He jumped around the bed, not knowing how to react. He laughed loudly, yelling and screaming, ‘You’re pregnant’ over and over again until their neighbor finally banged on their thin wall, telling them to be quiet.
