The first time Jun met that boy was at his father's party, he just graduated from high school back then, his father dragged him to the dinner to introduce him to his counterparts. Basically Jun didn't really paying attention, all of those businessmen were old, boring and talk about high level market that Jun doesn't understand at all.
That's when somebody approached him, introducing his name with high confident.
"Hi, my name is Sakurai Sho, what's yours?"
Jun didn't respond immediately, his eyes travelled the boy's body, he is quite skinny with old fashion hair, a little piercing decorated his left ear. Something smelled bad boy matched him well.
"Oh, I am Matsumoto Jun," Jun welcomed his hand, shook it tightly.
"You must be Matsumotos, the biggest share owner company compared to all businessmen who attend this meeting" he spread his sight around, his blond hair was too much in this kind of formal dinner.
"Errrr I guess so," Jun answered playfully since he never know what is happening in his father's company, he is too busy with theater performance in his school.
"I go to Keio University and soon would finish my second semester," he said all of sudden, "How about you?"
" Me?" Jun didn't really think about what he wants to do or where he wants to go, "It depends on my mood," he shrugged.
Sho showed his long front teeth as hsa lips broke into smile, Jun did the same thing glad that he met someone as young as him in this boring party.
Sho told him about economic development he is studying and his ambition to become his father's successor, Jun listened and how he wished he could have the same motivation with this man, but his brain couldn't catch up the heavy subject for long enough, so he tried to divert heir conversion to more relaxing topic.
"Do you love fashion?" Jun questioned all of sudden.
"Not really, but it doesn't mean I don't care about my appearance,"
Of course he doesn't, Jun glanced to his blond hair and his piercing. "I like your style," he continued, he wanted to do the same thing, but he was afraid of needle.
"Thanks, my father scolded me for this tough," he mumbled, Jun chuckled, a rebellion smart man is something new for him. He never guessed this kind of person could really exist.
He and Sho talked until the party is over, they exchanged their phone number and Sho jokingly promised him that he would call in the middle of night to bother him. Jun waved him good bye, wished that the party could last longer.
"Did you enjoy the party?"
His father patted his shoulder, his eyes caught the car which passed by in front of them.
"Be careful with Sakurai," the old man mumbled, "They play slyly and full of trick," he continued.
Jun's heart fell to his stomach, he just got to know the young handsome Sakurai, but in fact that they are his father's rival, he indeed didn't want to know how the old men do their business. He backed inside, saved Sho's number to his phone, if he's lucky, perhaps he can meet up with Sho next time.
***
He did meet up with Sho, in a stylish coffee shop, Jun just finished his university entry test that he couldn't answer, all of the subjects he studied fled away from his brain. He told his father's driver that he needs to meet with his schoolmate, told the middle age man to back home earlier. He wathed the car gone before entering the shop. Sho is already inside, he wears his baseball cap above the scarf on his head, looked like a professional rapper.
"Hi," Jun took a seat beside him, Sho welcomed him with a wide smile, he put off his hat, showed his American flag scarf.
"How's your test?" Sho asked in light tone, Jun shook his head hopelessly, he didn't write any answer on the last page due to lack of time, and he as suck in English.
"Don't worry too much, I got something for you," Sho dig something on his bag, handed him a box of chocolate.
"Chocolate?"
"I have an image that you love it," Sho said, his shy smile was the best thing for Jun in this gloomy day.
"Thanks," Jun glanced to the brand, 'choco la vie' written on it.
"This is my favorite," Sho explained, Jun opened the package and, various kind of shapes welcomed him, he took the rounded one, brought it to his mouth, Sho watched his every single movement and it makes him awkward.
"This is the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted," Jun told the other whose lips curved in a slight smile.
"Glad that we have the same taste," Sho happily told him, Jun nodded, he closed the box carefully, managed to enjoy it later.
He wished he could be with Sho for more minutes since his father called him and told him to go home as soon as possible.
He hates being treated like a princess, he is a High school graduated, he had become a big boy after all.
"I have to go now," Jun inserted his phone disappointedly to his bag, sipped all of his coffee and grabbed his bag.
"Can I call you tonight?"
"Sure," Jun was just asking inside his brain when will Sho say those words and his heart was sparkling with happiness as he heard it.
***
But reality was not as beautiful as what he had imagined, his test failed and his father said he would send Jun to study abroad instead. Jun couldn't find any good reason to decline his father's plan.
So here he is, in a circus theater, waiting for Sho, the most uncommon place for a couple to have a date, but it's the only place where they can be alone without his father's inspection. Jun pretended that he was interesting in the circus inner place decoration to hide his nervousness. He couldn't say that they are dating since he just met Sho fifth times until now, the farthest thing they did was tangling each other hands.
He was afraid Sho probably lost the way when he saw his usual red hat among the crowd, he waved is hand to the man, Sho recognized him in instant, he walked through the crowds, bumped a man with glasses, Jun watched him when he apologized, he waited patiently until he reached Jun's place.
"I'm sorry I'm late," he panted, Jun shook his head, this is the only time he got to be with Sho, he could wait all night long if it's needed.
"The show is about to begin," Sho commented
"Mmm,""Jun responded, he fixed his eyes to the stage, he collected his braveness to bring his hand to Sho's.
"Jun, are you okay?"
"Sho's voice was heard beside him, Jun nodded, he moved his eyes to Sho, the latter smiled at him, they just stared at each other like idiots, until Sho diverted his gaze to the stage. The show began, they couldn't talk in the crowd but at least Jun finally got his braveness to hold sho's hands. He felt Sho squeezed back, his chest was full of happiness, he never fell in love before, except if his crush to his kindergarten teacher if it was counted as love. As the show finished, they chose to leave at the last, Sho spoke first after minutes passed in silence.
"Jun, when will you depart?"
"Next week," Jun answered lazily, he didn't want to think about it, go to the country he doesn’t know, located in southeast Asia with its only two seasons, there will no more sakura or hanami until he graduates.
"I don't want to leave," Jun muttered, "I wish I could stay,"
"I don't you to leave either, I'll be so lonely," Sho added the pressure on is fingers and leaned closer to him, Jun didn't know who started but the fact that they kissed each other and snuggling until the cleaning service came and told them to go home.
***
Jun wrapped his hands around his pillow as he arrived inside his room, he couldn't sleep that night, remembering how Sho touched him, how he whispered on his ear that he likes Jun since the first time they met.
He couldn't concentrate at all for his departure, he meets Sho regularly for all the week, Sho would decide the place for them, which are hardly founded, where they can be alone for long enough until the time didn't permit then anymore.
###
The first love last forever, somehow, Jun believed in it. It's been five years since he left Japan for his school, he kept in touch with Sho and from the photos Sho sent him, he was no longer in his ‘bad boy’ appearance, he is more mature and serious. They communicate through skype as well, all of these years. Jun was forbidden to go back to Japan if he didn’t finish his college because his father knew that he did it half-hearted.
He found himself inside his office, his father ordered him to take responsible for the Osaka branch office, ignored his request to have his own chocolate shop. He locked his eyes on the big mirror which hanged on the wall. The special mirror he had requested to his secretary before he arrived here. Jun also changed, he isn’t a shy boy anymore, he loves to collect fashionable clothes from every new brand. He doesn’t want to look ugly if he meets Sho again. His father had told him that Sakurai Corporation agreed to work together and this time with no slyness since Sho was behind this. That’s why Jun must be prepared, he could meet Sho without warning and he must look good even though he knew that he is indeed good-looking.
He would have a meeting for the first time today with the counterparts of his father’s company and he is obviously nerves for no reason. He checked his tie for the last time and followed the secretary to the meeting room, the door fluttered open and he saw someone he never guessed would be here. Sho in his grey suit, looked totally handsome, too much handsome than the pictures he sent.
For couples seconds, Jun couldn’t divert his eyes from the man in front of him, is he really Sho? But he has a meeting to lead and Sho succeed in making him nerves from the very beginning till the end. Jun was so embarrassed that he fled away as it finished.
“Jun,” Sho’s voice was heard, “That was awesome.”
“Don’t be ridiculous,” Jun hid his face, he wasn’t ready to meet up with Sho like this, why didn’t he say anything, this is unfunny surprise.
“Can I have a hug after a long time?” Sho approached him, his arms were wide opened. Jun chuckled, threw his body to Sho, he felt the well-shaped chest welcomed him, the flash of their younger era memories ambushed his brain and he just realized how much he missed Sho.
“You changed,” he commented as Sho tightened his embrace, “In good meaning though.”
Sho released a happy chuckling, he pulled his head and gave Jun a surprising kiss on his lips, ignoring the fact that they are in the middle of the corridor, full of Jun’s employees.
“Sorry,” Sho mumbled, blushing hard as red as the tie he is wearing right now.
“It’s okay, you can kiss me again if you want to.” Jun was about to tug Sho’s hand but a group of men passed by, one of them is his father. The old man glanced at Sho for a while before ordering Jun to follow him. Jun gave a code to Sho to wait for him, the latter nodded.
***
“Why don’t we just get marry?” Jun opened the conversation, he drank too much alcohol that he couldn’t control his brain, he knew he would regret what he said tonight when he wakes up the next day but he didn’t really care.
“Sho, I love you,” he continued, leaned to the man who caught him to keep his balance.
Sho’s lips curved into a wide smile, but he didn’t say anything, he lets Jun drink his beer until he was completely drunk. All Jun knew was he woke up in a hotel room, with Sho’s memo on his table.
‘You are still cute when you’re drunk, I have to fly to Tokyo, you know where to find me’
Love
Sho
Jun rubbed his head, he didn’t remember what happened to him when he was drunk. He took quick shower and backed home but cancelled when his secretary informed him that he must lead a sudden meeting tonight at Storm hotel.
He searched inside his brain, as long as he remembered, there’s no schedule for a meeting until the end of the week, but maybe the other companies wanted to start soon. He prepared needed things, departed towards the hotel with his assistant, he felt that there will be something happen but he couldn’t guess what it is.
As he arrived, the bell boy welcomed him politely, guided him to the place where the meeting was held. Jun’s astonishment didn’t stop until there because there’s no sign of the company’s envoy here. He spread his sight, the hall was decorated like some kind of party, balloons are everywhere along with the big ribbon surrounded the pillars. He was about to spell a question when the bell boy opened the big door in front of him.
Jun stepped inside, a little bit afraid of what he would find.
Somebody caught his hand and pulled him to the center of the room, he had no time to ask what is going on because he heard someone’s voice, too familiar when he spoke through the microphone.
“Jun, we’ll marry tonight, as you wished for.”

Sometimes, love story like what was written in a novel truly happened in the real life. Jun lifted the chocolate ingredients towards the cooler in the back of his shop. He finally succeed in convincing his father that he can run his own company, he bought the old place at the edge of the city, transformed it into the cute shop and he only need a few months to collect his own loyal customers.
Sho is still works for his corporation, he is Jun’s biggest marketing in promoting his new opening shop, Jun’s favorite time is when Sho backed home around evening, just to feed his lovely husband’s mouth with his hand-made chocolate of the day. Special for Sho.
They have been married for a year and Jun couldn’t describe how happy he was, there always be new stories every day with Sho, including the incident when Jun accidentally poured the chocolate dough to Sho’s newest suit.
“Okaeri,” Jun welcomed the man, loosened his tie and guided him inside towards the back door of his shop, his employee peered through the curtain and winked to him.
Sho gave him a ‘I am home kiss’ on his lips and requested for his daily chocolate, but Jun hid it behind his back, “No chocolate before you hear the big news.”
Sho lifted his eyebrow as Jun leaned to him and whispered, Sho’s lips broke into smile as he heard it.
And the love story goes on…..
