I’M SORRY I LOVE YOU PART 2
Ohno couldn’t sleep that night, but this time he thinks about the wink, the handsome face won’t leave his head away. He ruffled his hair to cast out that man’s shadow and try to think about Sho.
Sho loves him and he loves that sloppy shoulder man, that’s it, there’s no possibility for him to fall in love again with a person he just met once without knowing anything about him, with those thought Ohno tried to close his eyes.
Sunday morning comes; Ohno still in his bed, the clock pointed 10 in the morning, slowly he get up and checked his phone, no message from Sho.
“Sho chan I miss your voice”, he speaks to the picture on the table, touch Sho’s picture with his finger, waiting for him to come back seem like forever. He types an email to Sho, tell him not to forget his meal and sleep properly, after that Ohno decided to go somewhere to enjoy cocktail. He ate quick breakfast and go outside, tighten his jacket to prevent the cold weather.
He entered his favorite bar, he knows the bartender there well and today he wants to order the most delicious cocktail that bartender can make.
“Irasshaimase Ohno san”, the familiar voice called his name.
“Long time no see, how are you Ninomiya san?”, Ohno smiled and sit down.
“I’m fine, where is your fiancé? I don’t see him lately”, Nino handed the menu to Ohno even the latter doesn’t really need it, because Ohno always leave the choice to Nino and the bartender never disappoint him.
“He’s in Hongkong, business trip”, Ohno answered, he pretends to check the menu.
“Oh”, that’s all Nino said, “So what will you order today?”.
“Make me something which cheer my heart up”, Ohno gives the menu back to Nino.
“Please wait”, the latter then prepares Ohno’s order. The Bar’s door opened and a man enters in, Ohno turned his head and he doesn’t need more than five seconds to recognize the man, no other than Matsumoto Jun, the man who haunted his head the night before. Accidently or not they meet again and without warning Jun took a seat beside him. Ohno pretends that he doesn’t see this new comer, he pays attention to Nino who is still busy mixing the cocktail, “Please enjoy Ohno san”.
Jun automatically turns his head to Ohno, “Ohno san”, he also repeated his name.
Yabai, Ohno feels his face becomes warm, he’s blushing so bad.
“Matsumoto san”, he smiled nervously to the handsome man.
“Your cappuccino was so delicious; I think I must go there more often”.
“Thank you”, that’s all Ohno can say, he cursed himself that he’s totally nervous and deep down inside his heart he considers this feeling as a love sign, but wait, how about Sho.
“Your order Sir”, Nino handed the menu to Jun, and he takes the menu without moving his sight from Ohno. Nino stares to Jun and then Ohno, it can’t be happen.
“Do you always come here in your off day?”, Jun asked and pays attention on Ohno’s face, that cute face had steal his heart away since the first sight and he’s so happy to meet him here.
“Not really, usually I spend my days at home”, Ohno muttered and just like yesterday, he avoids to see Jun’s sharp eyes, afraid that he will truly fall in love and destroying Sho’s heart.
“Are you alone?”, Jun asked again.
“Here your cocktail Sir”, Nino suddenly handed Jun’s order before Ohno open his mouth to answer Jun’s question and the bartender give him ‘don’t do that’ glare. Ohno blinked, he must confess that he’s so lonely since Sho left, so there’s nothing wrong if he makes new friend as long as he doesn’t betray Sho, he will prevent his heart from falling in love to Jun.
“Mmm yes, I’m alone”, Ohno finally answered, from the corner of his eye he can see Nino shakes his head.
“Do you have plans for today”, Jun asked again.
“Particularly no”, Ohno see right to Jun’s eyes now, he tried hard to calm his chest down and avoid Nino’s glare.
“Would you like to have dinner with me, there’s a nice restaurant near my place, you’ll like it”.
Ohno was so shocked, the invitation was so sudden, and Nino coughing now, pointed his own ring finger to remind Ohno.
Jun followed Nino’s sign and he sees the ring on Ohno’s finger, he dares himself to ask, “Are you married?”, Ohno lowered his head, “I’m engage”, he mumbles.
“But that’s not meant you can’t go out just for dinner with your friend right?”, Jun pursue him that the invitation is just between friend, nothing more, Ohno nodded, “You’re right, I’d love to go”, Ohno sees Nino pouting so bad, but he pretends didn’t notice it. They finished the cocktail and go together to the restaurant on foot.
“So you’re engage”, Jun emphasized the last word.
“Yes”.
“But you don’t spend your Sunday with your fiancé?”.
“He, umm, he’s not here”, Ohno’s voice was so soft, almost can’t be heard, “He’s in Hongkong”.
“Oo”, Jun was a little bit disappointed that the man he fell to already engaged with someone else, but something told him not to give up, what he wants is what he got, and this chubby man must be his, whatever it takes.
“You must be lonely, can’t meet him for a long time”, Jun walks closer to Ohno and try to take Ohno’s hand, it seems Ohno pretends not to realize it or he just let Jun do that, because he doesn’t deny or move his hand away when Jun hold his fingers.
“I guess so”, Ohno answered, he feels something warm and cozy entering his heart by holding Jun’s hand, something he didn’t get for almost three months, Sho is so far away, he keeps survive by imagining Sho’s smile and tell himself Sho will come home soon, but today, in this windy Sunday he needs someone to warm him.
They entered the restaurant and enjoy the delicious lunch together, Jun wants to hold Ohno’s hand again, but the latter hide his his hands this time, as if he’s afraid Jun’s touch will pull him into something else.
“My place is near here, maybe you want to come by”, Jun said, when they leave the restaurant and walk again into the cold air.
“But Matsumoto san”.
“Call me Jun”.
“Jun I think I’d better go home”, Ohno actually really want to go, but he just can’t. Holding hands is more than not okay, if he goes to Jun’s place that will be so harsh for an engaged person.
Jun see Ohno’s face and smile, “Okay, but maybe you want to come latter, you can call me if you need companion”, Jun winked and walked away, leaving Ohno who still stand confusingly. He walked back to his apartment and checked his inbox, finally a reply from Sho comes.
Satoppi I’m so sorry I don’t write a reply soon, I’m so busy this week. The project is almost done and I really hope I can go home sooner, I miss our time together, take care! I love you so much.
Ohno sighed, he laid his body to the bed, put his hands below his head, stared to the ceiling. Can he and Sho stay like this forever? Only see each other three times in a year, even if they already married. Something that Ohno never thought before. At least he needs Sho beside him all the time, wiping his hair before sleep; hear him say ‘good morning’ when he opens his eyes in the morning. Suddenly Jun’s smile appear in his mind, the low voice still remain in his ear when Jun invited him to come by.

The next day in his coffee shop Ohno daydreaming all the time, he stares to the entrance so often as if he’s waiting for someone to come.
“Ohno kun, order please”, Aiba wake him up from his daydreaming, today is Ohno’s turn to prepare the orders in the kitchen.
“Err, oh yes, Aiba chan, I will prepare it”.
“Ohno kun, you don’t take this note yet”, Aiba handed the order’s note.
“I’m sorry”, Ohno took the note and start to prepare the order.
“How’s your Sunday?”, Aiba suddenly asked.
“It was ordinary”, Ohno answered shortly, doesn’t tell about Jun, because Aiba will yell at him; say that Ohno betrays Sho by meeting someone else.
Aiba took the order which Ohno prepared and go the customer’s table. The shop’s door opened and a man that Ohno daydreaming all this day come in, Matsumoto Jun.
Jun chooses the same seat like the day before and he look around, Ohno can see him frowned because the one who approaches his table to write the order is Aiba.
“Where is Ohno san”, that is the first question Jun asked.
“Today he handles the kitchen Sir, can I have your order please”, Aiba smiled and handed the menu to Jun.
“Can I have Ohno san to handle it?”, Jun took the menu and stares at Aiba’s face, the latter forced a smile in his face, “Of course, please wait”, Aiba returned to the kitchen and and approaches Ohno.
“He ordered you”, Aiba grins.
“What?”, Ohno doesn’t understand what Aiba just said.
“Matsumoto san wanted you to handle his order, it means you have to go to his table and write what he wants to drink, bring it to me and let me prepare”, this time Aiba speaks with mad tune, he gives a blaming glare to Ohno who blinked so confusingly.
“Aiba chan believe me I never want this”, Ohno leaves Aiba, he walked to Jun’s table. Jun smiled so wide but Ohno doesn’t do the same thing.
“You look cute even when you frown”, Jun giggles.
“What would you like to drink Matsumoto san”, Ohno ignores Jun’s attempting words and focuses his eyes to the order’s note.
“I won’t order anything unless you smile at me”, Jun seems don’t want to give up.
Aiba stares to them and he couldn’t stand to that stoic man attempting Ohno that much, he can’t let someone else rubs his friend’s fiancé, so he decided to approach their table.
“I’m so sorry Sir, but another customer also waiting, can you order now?”, Aiba helped his friend who is being teased by this person, just another strategy for him to see Ohno a little bit longer.
“I see, I’m sorry”, Jun then mentioned what he wants to drink and knowing Aiba doesn’t happy with his appearance he left the shop immediately after finishing his coffee but when he paid for the bill to Ohno, he added something there. An email address.
Ohno hides it from Aiba, he doesn’t want Aiba stares at him with the blaming glare like he did, they closed the shop like usual but this time they don’t speak to each other. Ohno goes home right after, say good bye to the taller man and disappear. Aiba watched his friend who walked further and he knew how lonely he is, but he can’t resist if Ohno divert his loneliness by cheating to another guy. Aiba withdraws his phone and send a short email to Sho,
“If you still want to marry him, go home as fast as you can”.
